Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing takeoffs based on drawings, managing requests for proposal (RFPs), assembling estimates, and ensuring all updates based on revised drawings are incorporated accurately.

This role requires excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com. As an estimator, you will play a crucial part in driving business growth by providing accurate and timely estimates to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct takeoffs based on received drawings to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Send out and track RFPs to ensure timely responses from clients.
  • Assemble full estimates for each project with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Incorporate updates and changes based on revised drawings to maintain the highest level of quality.
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently while ensuring high-quality work and meeting deadlines.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure project requirements are met and exceeded.
Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful as an Estimator, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an estimator or in a similar role, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Proficiency in handling multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills to manage client expectations and internal stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Monday.com or similar project management tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
