As a remote Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
Resolve customer inquiries and requests to ensure strong customer satisfaction.
The Role- Work with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.

- Identify opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
- Meet potential clients to understand needs and provide relevant solutions.

- At least 6 months of call center experience.
- Excellent English language skills.

- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
