Network Operations Specialist

The Command Center is the central point of contact for all support, troubleshooting & incident management. Team members are considered the first responders and ensure issues & escalations are attended to promptly.
The team collaborates with engineering and application departments to resolve problems or inquiries, both internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the frontline for support, troubleshooting and incident management; ensure timely attention to issues and escalations.
- Coordinate with engineering and application teams to resolve problems or inquiries for internal and external customers.
- Operate in a multi-shift model to provide 24/7 coverage, including holidays and weekends.
- At least 3 years of experience in Network Engineering or Network Administration or related roles.
- Opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with diverse projects.
