Job Title: Network Infrastructure Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Infrastructure Specialist to join our tech operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our core network infrastructure, ensuring seamless user onboarding and offboarding, and providing technical support across our real estate franchise network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Google Workspace user onboarding and offboarding.
  • Assist with administration of core technology systems.
  • Advise and optimize technology for a real estate franchise company.
  • Gain valuable experience in real estate tech and contribute to organizational growth.
Tech Stack Support:
  • Support and manage core technology products, including security tools (e.g., Keeper), Google Workspace Products, DialPad, Happeo, Property Data Platforms, and Support Desk.
  • Administer and enhance support desk performance.
  • Ensure SLA compliance by resolving tickets promptly.
Network Operations Onshore (Head Office):
  • Troubleshoot network issues at Head Office.
  • Evaluate solutions or escalate to suppliers when required.
  • Provide remote desktop support.
  • Support desktop issues for Head Office & Franchisees via support desk.
Strategic Projects:
  • Participate in planning, executing, and coordinating projects.
  • Support Google integrations with other systems.

Candidates should have a basic understanding of IT security principles, excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to support both onsite and remote users. Experience with Google Workspace administration and hands-on experience with technical support/help desk operations are essential. Familiarity with tools such as DialPad, Keeper, and Happeo is a plus.
