Account Development Executive

As an Account Development Executive at AMTI (Accent Micro Technologies Inc.), you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities and expanding existing relationships with clients.
Main Duties:- Develop and sustain positive working relationships between the company and the client.
- Meet clients to determine their interests and needs, and gather necessary information about the client.
- Know the products/solutions/services and how these could meet the client's needs.
- Collaborate with the Pre-Sales Engineer for the preparation and presentation of proposals.
- Monitor and follow up client's response to the proposal and exert effort to close the deal.
- Provide assistance and support in the ordering, deliveries, collections, and other related processes.
What You'll Do:
- Search for prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the Accounting Department in the recording and gathering of accounts receivable.
- Address promptly customer complaints and inquiries including post-sales needs.
- Manage and resolve internal and external issues pertaining to the assigned projects/transactions/accounts.
