Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to join our team at Wishcraft Group of Companies. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading our Account Executives, developing client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of projects that drive business impact.

  • Lead and mentor Account Executives, providing direction, support, and performance oversight to achieve revenue targets and client satisfaction goals.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to meet revenue targets and client satisfaction goals.
  • Drive new business opportunities, securing partnerships and growing key accounts through proactive relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Act as the primary client liaison, ensuring smooth communication and efficient project execution by collaborating with internal teams and managing project timelines, budgets, and KPIs.
  • Monitor industry trends and provide clients with competitive insights and innovative solutions to enhance retention and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Sales in events, activations, or marketing.
  • Leadership experience in guiding and managing Account Executives or a sales team, with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and create strategic solutions for business growth, with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple accounts efficiently.
