About This Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to join our team as a Growth & Partnerships Coordinator. In this role, you'll focus on expanding our rider base through remote outreach and partnerships with businesses. Your primary objective will be to identify potential partners, showcase the benefits of Ridenroll in virtual meetings, and drive initiatives that lead to new rider sign-ups and consistent platform use.
Main Responsibilities:- You will establish and maintain relationships with organizations that can promote Ridenroll to their employees, customers, or members.
- You will build and manage partnerships that directly contribute to rider acquisition and growth.
- You will create and deliver engaging online presentations, demos, and webinars to highlight Ridenroll's value proposition.
- You will analyze and report on the effectiveness of our partnerships and initiatives.
- You will gather feedback from partners and riders to refine our strategies.
- You will stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
To succeed in this role, you'll need proven experience in business development, partnership building, or community engagement. You should possess excellent communication and persuasion skills, as well as proficiency in CRM tools and online communication platforms.
