As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for driving growth through effective channel sales strategies. This role presents an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in partnership development and execution.

Key Responsibilities">
  • Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to increase market awareness, acquire new customers, and retain existing partnerships.
  • Design and deliver partner enablement programs across marketing, sales, technical, and partnership management.
  • Ensure partners successfully deliver and implement products and solutions.
  • Establish processes and criteria for selecting, managing, and evaluating channel partners.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to accelerate pipeline growth.
  • Define partner-specific business plans with measurable goals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Maintain high standards of business conduct among partners.
  • Participate in sales cadences such as Quarterly Business Reviews and Weekly Forecast calls.
Requirements">
  • At least 3 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the secure gateway space.
  • Proven track record of building and managing successful channel partner programs, including enablement and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information.
  • Strong project management skills with experience driving team consensus and deliverables.
  • A proven history of consistent over-quota performance and top-tier company rankings.
