Job Title: Partnership Development Manager

This is a role that involves building and activating partnerships with various organizations to drive sales-qualified leads. The ideal candidate will have experience in business development, account management, or high-activity sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Channel Partner Sourcing:
  • Research and identify 200 target partners across various channels, prioritizing them based on their potential to generate sales-qualified leads.
  • Maintain a database of enrichment fields (ICP fit, contact tier) for the targeted partners, ensuring data completeness and accuracy.
  • Outreach and SQL Generation:
  • Develop and execute a three-step outreach cadence (email, LinkedIn message, call) to engage with the target partners and generate sales-qualified leads.
  • Qualify each partner to ensure they meet the required criteria for sales-qualified leads, aiming for a minimum of eight partner-generated SQLs per week and a show-rate of at least 60%.
  • Partnership Enablement:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a joint value proposition and draft a compelling presentation deck for the partners.
  • Facilitate the signing of a standard memorandum of understanding (MOU) template and onboard new partners into the program.
  • Internal Alignment:
  • Work closely with the appointment setter to ensure seamless handoffs of partner-generated SQLs and maintain accurate revenue attribution and commission splits.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Collect feedback from the marketing team and use it to improve the outreach strategy and enhance the overall partnership development process.
