Key Account Growth Specialist

The Key Account Associate role plays a vital part in our business strategy, focusing on securing new brands and fostering relationships with key clients to drive sales and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop customized offers and partnership onboarding schemes tailored to each client.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for addressing client concerns promptly.
  • Maintain organized information and track client databases efficiently.
Requirements
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address partnership-related concerns.
  • Coordinate events including government partnerships successfully.
