We are seeking a highly proactive and experienced Executive Support Professional to provide high-level support to a dynamic e-commerce founder. This role is ideal for an accomplished individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and is skilled at anticipating needs, streamlining operations, and enabling executive focus.

Work Hours: 40 hours/week (full-time)

Work Set-Up: Remote; Independent Contractor

About the Role:

This senior-level position involves providing exceptional administrative support to our visionary founder, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and strategic planning. As our ideal candidate, you will be proactive, organized, and possess excellent communication skills.

  • Executive Support:
    • Manage the founder's inbox and calendar with precision.
    • Coordinate tasks and projects efficiently.
    • Handle financial coordination and basic reporting.
    • Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) from existing processes.
    • Maintain data dashboards (Google Sheets) and handle data entry.
    • Prepare weekly/monthly business performance reports.
    • Book travel and handle miscellaneous admin tasks.
    • Participate in daily/weekly check-in calls.
  • Partnerships & Growth:
    • Support and manage affiliate partnerships.
    • Grow influencer collaborations.
    • Nurture B2B partnerships and outreach efforts.
  • Process & Systems Management:
    • Update and maintain online stores (Amazon, Bol, MediaMarkt, Decathlon, Shopify).
    • Enter and update product data (pricing, promos, info).
    • Develop SOPs and workflows to document key processes.
    • Identify and implement internal efficiency improvements.
    Requirements:
    • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting an e-commerce founder.
    • Fluent English language skills.
    • Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and proactivity.
    • Strong Google Sheets skills, including dashboards and reporting.
    • Proven experience in inbox/calendar management, SOP creation, and business reporting.
