You'll be working with qualified leads, leveraging CRM tools, and consistently hitting sales targets that fuel the company's expansion.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect, qualify, and nurture property management leads to secure new business deals.
- Manage the full sales cycle: outreach, presentations, negotiations, and closing contracts with clients.
- Consistently achieve 10–15 closed deals per month, contributing to the company's financial growth.
- Utilize LeadSimple CRM to manage outreach, follow-ups, and reporting, ensuring seamless pipeline management.
- Build strong rapport with prospects through persuasive and professional communication, highlighting the value proposition of the company's services.
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Success/Property Management team to ensure seamless client handoff post-sale, resulting in high client satisfaction ratings.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline status, and progress, enabling data-driven decision making.
