Job DescriptionAs a Revenue Growth Systems Owner, you will oversee the entire HubSpot system lifecycle, from strategy to execution. This includes designing and implementing scalable workflows for lead nurturing, sales handoffs, and real-time alerts.
Deliver executive-ready dashboards tracking pipeline velocity, conversion metrics, and campaign ROI. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine strategies, ensure seamless integrations, and drive data-driven decision making.
Requirements- 4+ years of experience in HubSpot ownership within a growth-stage B2B SaaS environment
- Advanced skills in automation, reporting, and integrations
- Strong operational mindset with the ability to design scalable systems and explain them to non-technical teams
- Up to $100/month HMO reimbursement
