- Manage the full sales cycle – from prospecting and pitching to closing and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our virtual staffing solutions.
- Collaborate with leadership on revenue targets and strategic growth initiatives.
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in business development, ideally as a BDM or similar role.
- Proven experience in B2B sales – especially in BPO, SaaS, or IT.
- A track record of success in virtual selling (Zoom presentations a must).
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Confidence, charisma, and drive to hit and exceed targets.
- Previous experience with Virtual Assistant or Business Support Services is highly regarded.
