Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned financial executive to lead our company's finance team.

About the Role

This is a strategic leadership position that oversees all aspects of financial operations, including financial management, reporting, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management & Reporting:
    • Oversight of all aspects of financial operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Payroll management.
    • Leadership in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes with accuracy and timeliness.
    • Preparation and presentation of comprehensive financial statements, management reports, and board-level presentations.
    • Development and maintenance of robust financial controls, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Strategic Analysis & Planning:
    • Providing strategic financial analysis and recommendations to executive leadership.
    • Leadership in annual budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and performance metrics.
    • Development of sophisticated financial models and pro forma analyses for business initiatives, product launches, and strategic investments.
    • Conducting profitability analysis by product line, customer segment, and business unit.
  • Systems Integration & Process Optimization:
    • Ensuring seamless integration of inventory management, e-commerce platforms, and payment systems with the general ledger.
    • Leadership in ERP system optimization and financial system implementations.
    • Driving process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
    • Establishment and maintenance of key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial dashboards.
  • Compliance & Risk Management:
    • Management of relationships with external auditors, tax professionals, and regulatory bodies.
    • Ensuring compliance with US GAAP, tax regulations, and reporting requirements.
    • Overseeing internal controls and SOX compliance (if applicable).
    • Identification and mitigation of financial risks across the organization.
  • Team Leadership & Development:
    • Leadership and mentorship of finance team members, fostering professional growth and development.
    • Cross-functional collaboration with operations, sales, marketing, and executive teams.
    • Provision of financial training and support to non-finance departments.
