Job Overview

The Business Development Officer is responsible for driving business growth and sales through effective customer relationship management and strategic partnerships.

This role requires a strong understanding of the market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and enhance existing ones.
Qualifications:
  • Preferably a degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Sales.
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the medtech or medical allied industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • A team player with a positive attitude, flexibility, and a driven approach to achieving goals.
  • Fresh graduates may apply, but relevant experience is an advantage.
Additional Requirements:
  • Willingness to be assigned or reassigned anywhere in the country.
  • Ability to work in various locations, including Camanava/Bulacan, Pampanga/Bataan/Nueva Ecija, Laguna/Quezon Province, Cavite/Batangas, and Mindanao.
