Strategic Financial Leader Wanted

We are seeking a results-driven financial leader to oversee all aspects of our financial operations and guide our company's long-term financial planning and performance.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management. They will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.

The CFO will provide accurate and timely financial reporting to the CEO, executive team, and board of directors. They will also manage cash flow, capital structure, and financing strategies to support business operations and expansion.

In addition, the CFO will oversee financial audits, tax filings, and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. They will assess financial risks and opportunities, and provide guidance on cost reduction and profitability improvement.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of corporate financial law, accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS), and financial modeling. They will also have exceptional analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

  • Responsibilities:

  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
  • 8-10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably including time as a CFO or VP of Finance.
  • Deep understanding of corporate financial law, accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS), and financial modeling.
  • Proven experience in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Exceptional analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Experience with ERP and financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar).
