We are seeking a seasoned customer success professional to join our team as a Key Client Manager.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can leverage their expertise in account management and sales development to drive revenue growth, build lasting relationships with clients, and identify new opportunities for expansion.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar quota-carrying role, with a strong understanding of solution-based sales in a SaaS environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute personalized account plans to meet client needs and drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives and providing tailored solutions to support their success
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities for upsell and cross-sell within existing client base
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive loyalty
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in account management or sales development, with a proven track record of success in a quota-carrying role
  • Strong knowledge of solution-based sales in a SaaS environment, with ability to articulate value proposition to clients
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other tools to manage pipeline and client interactions
