About this role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Executive Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will provide strategic support to senior leaders and drive business growth through effective project management and process improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of coordinating cross-functional teams, translating strategy into results, and providing exceptional written and verbal communication skills with executive-level polish.

Key responsibilities
  1. Act as the primary liaison and strategic partner to senior leaders, providing support and guidance on various projects and initiatives.
  2. Represent senior leaders in cross-departmental meetings and leadership discussions, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  3. Monitor and drive the execution of initiatives across multiple departments, identifying operational inefficiencies and leading process improvement efforts.
  4. Collaborate with department heads to develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting systems, ensuring data-driven decision making.
  5. Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring consistency and efficiency across the organization.
  6. Lead multi-departmental projects from conception to completion, utilizing project management tools to maintain accountability and coordination.
  7. Maintain comprehensive project documentation and progress tracking, ensuring transparency and visibility.
  8. Draft high-quality executive communications, including memos, reports, and strategic updates, synthesizing departmental updates into executive-ready summaries.
  9. Provide guidance and accountability to department heads on behalf of senior leaders, ensuring effective alignment and goal achievement.
Required qualifications
  1. 4+ years of experience in operations, executive support, or project management roles.
  2. Proven experience in fast-paced and/or remote work environments.
  3. Track record of coordinating cross-functional teams and translating strategy into results.
  4. Background in Operations management, executive support, data reporting, or client services is strongly preferred.
  5. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with executive-level polish.
  6. Advanced skills in Asana, Google Workspace, Telegram, Zoom, and Notion.
