Drive Mergers and Acquisitions Success with a Strategic Role
Job Description:Mergers and acquisitions professionals play a crucial part in identifying business opportunities, assessing potential targets, and facilitating deals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough research to identify suitable acquisition targets for private equity clients.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities. You will work closely with data analysts to profile potential targets and input valuable company information into databases.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and cleaning lists to ensure they meet investment criteria
- Conducting structured research and collaborating with data analysts to create comprehensive profiles of potential acquisition targets
- Organizing and managing data within Airtable and spreadsheets
- Utilizing public databases, directories, and data scraping tools to build prospect lists
- A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
- General knowledge of the mergers and acquisitions landscape
- Private equity experience is desirable but not necessary
- Proficiency in Airtable CRM and data scraping tools such as Apollo or ZoomInfo
- Familiarity with sourcing tools like SourceScrub and Inven
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to new tools and software
