Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Performance Analyst to join our finance organization. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading critical initiatives across financial planning, business partnership, and process innovation to drive strategic decision-making and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the monthly forecast and annual budget cycles, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Summarize complex monthly and quarterly results into clear insights and actionable recommendations that support executive decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Substantial experience in FP&A or financial analysis, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with expertise in financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams.
