Key Responsibilities
  • Drive monthly and annual forecasts and budgets for operational expenditures, highlighting insightful variance analysis and implications to forecast.
  • Forecast accurately, aligning on assumptions with stakeholders and understanding what, where, and why resources are allocated.
  • Evaluate trade-offs and financial sensitivities to inform decision making and scenario planning.
  • Provide timely support for ad hoc financial analysis requests and inquiries, presenting and visualizing data and insights.
  • Develop efficiency metrics to help inform growth and set financial context.
  • Establish trusting relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Reconcile headcount for the organization.
  • Partner closely with business partners to understand needs and develop effective cost management solutions.
  • Support sales teams to ensure accuracy and alignment of commissions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
  • 6+ years of relevant financial analysis work experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or management consulting.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills using Excel and G-Suite.
  • A culture of continuous improvement and process optimization.
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP or IFRS principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to partner effectively with stakeholders.
