Job Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic and driven business development leader to lead growth initiatives, manage or mentor a small team, and develop new opportunities within the U.S. market.

  • Identify and develop new business prospects in the U.S. market.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to align strategies.
  • Conduct high-volume cold calling, lead generation, and outreach efforts to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Monitor key metrics and regularly report on performance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing U.S. clients.
  • Ensure CRM systems are updated and accurate.
  • Maintain high-quality communication standards and represent the company professionally.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in cold calling, lead generation, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Recent experience working with U.S.-based clients and knowledge of U.S. business culture and communication.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and coaching skills.
  • Tech-savvy; proficient in using CRM tools and sales engagement platforms.
  • Available to work full-time on an Eastern Standard Time (EST) schedule.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
