Human Resources Operations Specialist
">Overview:
The ideal candidate will have at least six years of experience in HR systems or operations and must have a stable employment history.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serves as the subject matter expert on HR systems and maintains data accuracy and reports.
- Supports end-to-end leave administration, including FMLA, ADA, and other applicable laws.
- Manages employee records and HRIS reporting across multiple business units.
- Reviews and updates HR policies and documentation, including EEO-1 filings.
- Facilitates offboarding and compliance-related processes.
Requirements:
- At least six years of professional experience in HR systems or operations.
- Must have stable employment history.
- Experience using HR systems such as HRIS, Benefits, L&D, and Payroll modules.
- Familiar with leave administration processes, including FMLA, ADA, and other applicable policies.
- Proficient in Excel tasks such as pivot tables, formulas, and basic data analysis functions.
- Consistently produces accurate and well-organized documentation with minimal errors.
