Job Title: HR Business Partner

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to oversee daily HR operations. This role is responsible for supervising recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and guide HR staff in executing recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
  • Oversee employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and government-mandated benefits.
  • Monitor and improve HR processes and systems.
  • Coordinate training and development programs.
  • Prepare HR reports and support audits.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong background in recruitment and employee relations.
  • Experience in bulk hiring or recruitment agency work is an advantage.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
