**Job Title:** IMS Lead Auditor

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IMS Lead Auditor to join our team. As a Lead Auditor, you will be responsible for conducting audits and assessments of client organizations' integrated management systems, evaluating compliance with international standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop audit plans and schedules in consultation with clients, considering their specific needs and requirements.
  • Conduct integrated management system audits covering quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety aspects in accordance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Analyse and evaluate client documentation, policies, procedures, and records to ensure compliance with applicable standards.
  • Perform on-site audits at client locations, interview personnel, inspect processes, facilities, and equipment; document audit findings, non-conformities, and areas for improvement; and prepare comprehensive audit reports.
  • Provide practical recommendations to clients for improving their management systems and achieving standards compliance.
  • Communicate audit results and recommendations effectively with client management and personnel; stay updated on changes to international standards and regulations to ensure audit processes align with current requirements.
Qualifications
  • A college diploma or degree in engineering or related fields is required.
  • The successful candidate should hold a Lead Auditor certification in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or equivalent.
  • Prior experience as a Lead Auditor conducting integrated management system audits is essential.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of international standards and regulations related to quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management systems is necessary.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail, are essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report writing and client interactions are required.
