About the Role
  • We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage full onboarding and offboarding cycles, from document collection and orientations to exit interviews and labor law reporting.
  • You will coordinate and support employee engagement initiatives that foster connection, feedback, and recognition.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in our HR Information System while preparing weekly reports and internal dashboards.
  • Monitor attendance and tardiness, escalate concerns, and prepare corrective actions when necessary.
  • You will be the trusted point of contact for employee concerns, responding with empathy and professionalism.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience, including onboarding, employee relations, and reporting.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • A high level of attention to detail, strong time management, and multitasking ability.
