This role provides exceptional administrative support to the HR Head, ensuring cost-effective services that contribute to the company's objectives.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Support the HR Head with encoding documents, prioritizing tasks, and preparing meeting materials.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and facilitate information provision.
- Manage calendars, maintain minutes of HR leadership team meetings, and monitor progress reports.
- Enforce workplace programs, plan events, and handle queries and communication cascades within the division.
- Maintain document filing, budget management, and decision-making on disclosure levels.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field with above-average academic performance.
- At least 2 years of work experience, including at least 1 year of providing administrative support to an executive.
- Hybrid work setup in Ortigas, Pasig.
