This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to ensure a seamless candidate experience. The HR Generalist will also facilitate pre-employment requirements, new hire orientation, and onboarding documentation.

The ideal candidate will maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HRIS entries, and recruitment trackers. They will prepare HR documents (e.g., contracts, memos), coordinate logistics, and support day-to-day HR operations.

Key skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS systems. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication are essential for this role.

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field is required. At least 1–2 years of experience in HR, preferably in recruitment or HR operations, is preferred.
