About the RoleThis is a dynamic Sales Development Representative position that targets inbound inquiries and qualifies warm leads for our Hospitality team. As the first point of contact, you will engage and qualify prospects through phone, email, chat, and other channels.
- Manage a pipeline of inbound leads through consistent follow-up until they're sales-ready
- Act as the first point of contact for inbound leads from various channels such as website inquiries, marketing campaigns, product trials, and events
- Qualify leads based on business needs, fit, and readiness to purchase, ensuring smooth handover to Account Executives
- Partner with Marketing to follow up on campaigns and provide feedback on lead quality and effectiveness
- Build strong knowledge of the hospitality sector, customer pain points, and competitive trends to better guide prospects
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives and internal teams to ensure seamless lead transitions and contribute to team initiatives
- Develop a deep understanding of our solutions and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to customers
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A proven track record in qualifying leads and building a healthy sales pipeline
- Strong experience selling across multiple channels (phone, email, social) and using varied sales processes
- A previous business-to-business sales background engaging with SMBs, ideally within the hospitality industry
- Familiarity with sales CRMs, such as Salesforce
