
Pipeline Growth Manager

This role combines sales support with advanced data analysis to drive pipeline growth and provide leadership with real-time visibility.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CRM management, data-driven sales/marketing, and analytics. They will also be able to design and refine pipeline stages, deal fields, SLAs, and automation, including lead scoring and qualification logic.
Responsibilities:- Manage HubSpot CRM and pipeline, ensuring data hygiene, lifecycle stages, properties, workflows, and integrations across marketing and client service.

- Build executive dashboards showing pipeline health, lead sources, stage conversions, win rates, and revenue forecasts.
- Proactively identify bottlenecks and implement fixes to increase velocity and accuracy.
- Sales support and coordination: prepare tailored materials for high-value prospects, orchestrate prospect meetings, and ensure smooth client onboarding handoffs.
- Data analysis and reporting: analyze funnel and campaign performance, surface insights, and deliver concise reports and recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales support, CRM management, or data-driven sales/marketing.
- Strong HubSpot proficiency, analytical skills, excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management.
