Job Overview

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a key role in driving sales forward by identifying and qualifying potential leads. This critical position supports the sales team with prospecting and pipeline development for ERP/HR software solutions.

  • Responsibilities:
  1. Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social media to identify new business opportunities.
  2. Engage with customers to understand their business requirements, challenges, and objectives.
  3. Recommend the most appropriate ERP solutions based on customer needs.
  4. Collaborate closely with the field sales team and other departments to drive sales performance.
  5. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and track sales performance.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and market demands.
  7. Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the Sales Manager.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in lead generation or sales roles.
  • Background in IT solutions, software, or SaaS sales, especially in ERP/HR software solutions.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and industry-specific solutions.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work well in a collaborative environment.
