I JOB SCOPE

The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for analyzing sales performance data, managing the sales pipeline, maintaining accurate pricing, and providing actionable insights to optimize sales strategies. This role supports decision-making through detailed reporting and works closely with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, identify trends, and ensure alignment between sales forecasts and business goals.

II ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

1.    Sales Performance Review

1.1. Gather and analyze sales data from various sources including SAP, pipeline report and sales forecast

1.2. Identify trends in sales data, such as top products, fluctuations, and customer buying patterns

1.3. Evaluate sales team performance, identify areas of strength and weakness using sales trend data, recommend action plans

2.    Pipeline Management

2.1. Centrally manage instrument pipeline and big ticket projects from sales team and product specialist.

2.2. Track, analyze, and optimize how projects are progressing through the sales process.

3.    Sell-Out Reporting

3.1. Organize sell-out report required by business partners

4.    List Price Management

4.1. Ensure that price lists are accurate, up-to-date, and reflect any changes in costs, market conditions, or company strategies

4.2. Regularly review and adjust prices to maximize profitability and competitiveness, taking into account factors like demand and competitor pricing
