Business Development Leader

The Business Development Leader is a seasoned sales professional responsible for driving revenue growth in the assigned territory. They manage relationships with accredited partners and agents, leveraging expertise in area sales and financial management to achieve targets.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with strong knowledge of sales account and relationship management. They should be familiar with e-wallets and payments ecosystems, and possess at least 3-4 years of experience in sales and client management or business development.

In addition to these skills, the successful candidate will have a strong understanding of financial technologies and be willing to reside in Davao to handle the Davao region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue growth in the assigned territory through strategic partnerships and agent management
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
  • Maintain relationships with accredited partners and agents, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback to team members
Requirements:
