About the Role

We are looking for an Area Manager to lead sales operations and administration in the South Mindanao area. This position plays a critical role in driving sales growth, optimizing profitability, and ensuring smooth operational execution. The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas, best practices, and strong leadership to manage multiple branches or teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Operations & Administration – Oversee all assigned area operations, ensuring alignment with corporate policies, CRR, and company guidelines.
  • Sales Target & Profitability – Develop and implement cost-efficient strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Expense Management – Oversee and manage retail sales expenses within approved budgets.
  • Human Resource Management & Development – Build and develop high-performing teams, fostering a positive and growth-oriented work environment.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in sales, operations, or related functions.
  • Experience handling multiple branches, stores, or teams in a specific region or area.
  • Proven leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to design and execute strategies to meet sales and operational goals.
  • Strong knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and customer behavior.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php80,000.00 per month
