About the role

We are seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee our Davao operations for Autoglass.Ph.,Inc'. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Davao. As the Area Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of our retail locations across the region, with a focus on driving sales, improving profitability, and enhancing the customer experience.

What you'll be doing

  1. Provide leadership and direction to a team of Store Managers, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service and sales performance
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the overall performance of the region
  3. Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed
  4. Collaborate with the central support team to ensure consistent brand standards, policies, and procedures are adhered to across all locations
  5. Identify and develop talent, providing coaching and mentoring to support the professional growth of the regional team
  6. Liaise with local authorities, suppliers, and other stakeholders to address any issues and maintain positive relationships
  7. Contribute to the company's strategic planning and decision-making processes by providing insights and recommendations

What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record of success in a similar Area Manager or Regional Manager role within the retail or consumer products industry
  2. Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  3. Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and implement strategies to drive business growth
  4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with various stakeholders
  5. Familiarity with retail operations, including inventory management, customer service, and financial management
  6. Proficient in using relevant business software and tools to support decision-making and reporting
  7. Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
