We are seeking a seasoned appointment setter with expertise in the telematics and fleet management industry to join our team at Three Peaks International Pty Ltd.

Job Description

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of up to Php 45,000 per month, working remotely within Australian business hours. As an appointment setter, you will be responsible for conducting outbound cold calls to potential clients, identifying and qualifying leads, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reach out to potential clients in the telematics and fleet management sector via phone calls and initiate conversations to understand their business needs.
  • Engage with prospects to present tailored solutions and schedule appointments with the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of call activities, appointments, and follow-ups in our CRM system.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or lead generation within the telematics and/or fleet management industry.
  • Strong understanding of telematics, fleet management solutions, and related technologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a neutral accent preferred for Australian clientele.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools, call tracking software, and virtual communication platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
