Australian Financial Management Specialist

Australian Outsource Desk Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Australian Financial Management Specialist to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records for Australian businesses.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Record Maintenance
- BAS Preparation and Lodging
- Bank Account Reconciliation
- Payroll Processing
- Cash Flow and Budgeting
- Financial Reporting
- Liaison with External Auditors
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of bookkeeping experience in Australia and possess strong knowledge of accounting software such as MYOB, Xero, and QBO.
Salary and Benefits:We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including access to ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of bookkeeping experience in Australia.
- Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of MYOB, Xero, and QuickBooks Online (QBO).
- Education: Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping or equivalent qualifications.
- Tax Knowledge: Familiarity with Australian taxation, including GST, BAS preparation, superannuation, and PAYG.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with Australian clients.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide financial insights to improve business efficiency.
