  4. E-mail soft copies of transmittals to Registration, endorsing hard copies as required.
  5. Review and verify information across various systems, including SAP, CRM, BIS, BRFs (if applicable), CTS, CCT, IDs, and COFP, to guarantee consistency.
  6. Assign on-hold status to accounts exhibiting discrepancies, delegating tasks to corresponding team members.
