
Fintech Sales Manager

We are seeking a results-driven individual to assume the role of Team Lead. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fintech, excellent sales and negotiation skills, and a passion for working in a fast-growing firm.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with premium merchants, ensuring service delivery and resolving grievances in a timely manner.
- Meet sales targets for multiple payment solutions, including QR codes, EDC/card swipe machines, and point of sale software.
- Enable new business lines, promote the brand, and gather market feedback for existing offerings.
- Plan and execute day-to-day activities, review team deliverables, and deploy products at client locations.
- A self-starter with an ownership mindset and ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex solutions to novice customers.
- Fintech experience or relevant field experience preferred.
- Honesty and trustworthiness essential.
- Good sales and negotiation skills, interest in financial products and markets.
- Understanding of local geography.
Graduation/post-graduation preferred.
