We are seeking a visionary Sales Leader to spearhead our embedded finance strategy and drive business growth.

About the Role

This senior leadership position demands a seasoned professional with a proven track record in sales strategy, team management, and client onboarding. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in fintech, enterprise, and financial institution segments, with a keen ability to identify market trends and develop innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Leadership & Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with our company's growth objectives, leading high-performing teams focused on embedding finance solutions within existing platforms.
  • Process Optimization: Enhance sales processes and implement best practices to boost efficiency, client satisfaction, and retention.
  • Client Onboarding & Success: Oversee the onboarding process for key clients, maintain senior-level relationships, and ensure long-term growth through strategic partnerships.
  • Product Alignment: Collaborate with the Product team to enhance offerings based on client needs and segment opportunities, driving innovation and differentiation in the market.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, and external partners to deliver cohesive solutions and expand market reach.
  • Reporting & Governance: Provide performance insights and strategic updates to the executive team, ensuring all commercial activities meet regulatory standards and managing sales-related risks proactively.
The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a leader with:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales or business development within financial services, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • A proven track record in leading sales strategy, managing high-performing teams, and onboarding major clients.
