Your Role:

What You Bring:
  • A degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (a Master's is a plus).
  • 5-7 years of progressive sales experience, with 3+ years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, ideally in the hospitality, tourism, or related industries.
  • Strong expertise in CRM systems, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance metrics.
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze trends, identify opportunities, and align sales strategies with organizational goals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively influence internal and external stakeholders.

Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel as needed to develop client relationships and oversee sales initiatives across properties.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
