Main ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Strategist, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and mentoring a team of talent acquisition professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure the team's success;
  • Setting clear performance expectations and goals for team members, conducting regular performance evaluations, providing feedback, and recognizing high performers;
  • Implementing quality assurance measures to monitor the team's performance and ensure compliance with established processes and service levels;
  • Cultivating strong relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact for all talent acquisition-related matters;
  • Providing strategic guidance to clients on talent acquisition best practices, market trends, and innovative recruitment strategies.
Talent Acquisition Technology & Trends

You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with the latest recruitment technologies, tools, and trends to optimize the talent acquisition process and enhance efficiency.

This includes:

  • Staying current with current and emerging trends in talent acquisition, including sourcing strategies, recruitment technologies, candidate assessment methodologies, diversity and inclusion practices, and employer branding techniques;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to gather feedback, insights, and suggestions for process improvement;
  • Engaging in regular communication to ensure alignment and collaboration in implementing process enhancements.

To apply, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • 5-10 years of leadership experience in Talent Acquisition, with focus on end-to-end recruitment, team management, and client management;
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, techniques, and best practices;
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful recruitment strategies for attracting top talent;
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor a diverse team;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels;
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment technology platforms, applicant tracking systems, and other relevant HR tools;
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions;
  • Familiarity with employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements;
  • Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
