Business Operations Coordinator
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to ensure the smooth operation of our business by executing thorough operations audits, preparing quality reports, and maintaining accurate documentation for risk assessment and management processes.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive operations audits to identify key risks and control indicators for assigned areas.
Prepare and present high-quality reports of audit findings and recommendations to senior management.
Evaluate and revise internal controls and operational policies/procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Maintain up-to-date documentation for risk assessment and management processes.
Assist in developing an annual audit plan and ensure past audit recommendations are implemented.
Deliver exceptional customer service experience over the phone by following approved scripts.
Verify, schedule, and confirm order details to ensure accuracy.
Complete daily tasks efficiently, including making calls, sending emails, and generating administrative reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business administration activities and objectives.
Analyze data reports to identify errors, maintain databases, and update information as needed.
Create insightful business reports that provide key data points and communicate results to senior management.
