We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to provide exceptional administrative support. This individual will work across all departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and positive client interaction.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing calendars and coordinating meetings
- Providing general administrative support
- Maintaining digital filing systems
- Acting as the first point of contact for external inquiries
- Supporting accounting department with client outreaches and follow-ups
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative support role (remote experience a plus)
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Zoom
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills
