sales administrator/coordinator

a. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management/Commerce, Food technology/Nutrition /Dietetics) or equivalent
b. Preferably Sales Administration related with at least 2 year(s) experience in Sales and Marketing in Retail/General of food based products or in the field of food manufacturing are required for this position.
c. Can prepare and process Purchase Orders, Sales Invoices, Delivery Receipts, and related documents.
d. Manage order processing, delivery scheduling, and inventory coordination.
e. Strong communication with clients on order status, delivery schedules, and inquiries.
f. Can provide administrative support to the sales team, including report generation and meeting coordination
g. With keen attention on maintaining accurate sales records, customer databases, and reports
h. Strong experience in all aspects of sales, including growth strategies, development and business planning
i. With exceptional negotiation skills and excellent track record of achieving sales
j. Computer proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
k. Must have keen attention to details and be able to positively influence others to achieve positive results when dealing with clients
l. Innovative, with excellent verbal and written communication skills plus a strong personality
m. Team player, but also able to work independently with minimal supervision
n. Can work under pressure and flexible with strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
