We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Associate to join our dynamic team at Addmore Outsourcing Inc. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a crucial role in identifying, developing, and nurturing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue high-potential business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners to foster long-term collaborations.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
  • Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive business development strategies to drive growth.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to potential clients, showcasing our unique value proposition and services.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective strategies that drive business results.
  • Track and report on business development metrics and progress, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or similar roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent verbal and written presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with a proactive approach to achieving goals.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to start immediately, with a flexible schedule and a commitment to meeting deadlines.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum
