Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Manager.
- Background or experience in the engineering industry is required.
- Familiarity with technology jargon and technology-related projects.
- Excellent telephone manner for making initial contact and ongoing communication with customers and business associates.
- Experience in B2B and B2C sales.
- Excellent selling, closing, persuasion, and presentation skills.
- Ability to follow up on marketing and LI campaigns.
- Understanding of how marketing campaigns work is a plus.
- Resourceful and able to solve problems.
- Excellent working knowledge of WhatsApp, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms for business purposes.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone.
- Working knowledge of current technologies, such as desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP (GSuite, Zoom, Slack, Asana, Notion, etc.).
- Well-versed in social media marketing and advertising.
- Ability to be friendly and accommodating to all customer and clients' concerns.
- Self-disciplined and organized, able to consistently hit daily and monthly targets with limited supervision.
