About the RoleWe're looking for a seasoned business development professional with a passion for Web3 technologies to join our dynamic team. As a Web3 Business Growth Strategist, you will play a crucial role in identifying new opportunities, forming strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth for our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities in the Web3 ecosystem, including blockchain, decentralized applications (dApps), NFTs, and other emerging technologies.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential partners, clients, and key stakeholders within the industry.
- Strategic Planning: Create and execute comprehensive business development plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify potential business opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and legal, to ensure successful partnership integrations and project implementations.
- Negotiation and Contracting: Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, contracts, and other business deals.
- KPI Monitoring: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and business development activities.
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships within the Web3, blockchain, or related technology sectors.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Web3 technologies, including blockchain, smart contracts, and decentralized applications.
- Skillset: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders. Strategic thinking and a proactive, results-oriented approach. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
