FileCloud is seeking a technical expert to design and implement innovative IT solutions for large enterprises. As a Technical Solutions Engineer, you will collaborate with the sales team to develop customized technical solutions that meet client-specific requirements.

\Key Job Duties\
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions throughout the sales process.
  • Design and propose customized technical solutions that align with client-specific requirements.
  • Install, configure, and integrate new systems and software within clients' IT environments.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve implementation issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Participate in post-sales calls/activities with large customers, ensuring continuity and success in the customer's subsequent adoption, usage, and future expansion.
\Required Skills & Experience\
  • Minimum 6 years' experience in designing and architecting IT solutions for enterprise accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
  • Ability to understand prospects/customers business objectives and priorities by acting as a trusted advisor to help shape their use case and propose the best solution architecture.
  • Experience in Linux administration and troubleshooting, preferably with distros like Ubuntu and RedHat.
